培根抱子甘藍 Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

材料 Ingredients
抱子甘藍 Brussels Sprout 12 顆 ea
培根 Bacon 2 條 slice
鹽 Salt 1/3 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Ground black pepper1/4 小匙 tsp
西式雞高湯 Western Chicken stock 1/2 杯 cup

做法
1.抱子甘藍洗乾淨後切掉頭部,剝去外層變黃的葉子後每顆切成對半。培根切成小丁。
2.乾鍋燒熱,加入培根用中火炒到培根變脆。盛出培根,油留在鍋內。
3.放進抱子干藍,切片向下用中火煎三分鐘。
4.注入高湯,並加鹽和黑胡椒略拌一下。加蓋繼續煮到雞湯都收乾。
5.起鍋裝盤後撒上培根丁。



PROCEDURE
1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts and cut off the tip of their stems. Remove outer yellow leaves and cut each in half. Dice the bacon.
2.Add the bacon to a heated dry pan and sauté over medium heat until the bacon is crispy. Set the bacon aside and leave the oil in the pan.
3.Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down in the pan. Pan-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes.
4.Add the stock, salt and black pepper and stir for severl time. Cover and cook until the stock is evaporated.
5.Plate the Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with the bacon bits.
